On all my previous trips I have enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately this time I booked an executive suite. It took an age to get hot water and the heating didn't work. When I complained I was told that the hot water problem was due to the location of the room. They were unable to fix the heating and put a portable heater in the room instead. I wasn't offered any kind of discount for my inconvenience so I wont be staying here again.
