I would recomened this hotel to everyone it's first class

They are available on request from reception, but that is inconvenient. Would be better if available actually in the rooms.

I found it impossible to lower the temperature room without opening the window.

Pleasent, polite staff. A good functional base for a visit. Would use it again. Only problem I had was a much too soft pillow. All else OK.
