The room was spacious and nice. Even a balkony was there!

At the check-in we were informed that breakfast charge was 15 EUR per person although it should have been included. At check-out the right information as given but too late.

Excellent accomodations again and great service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and accomodations were fine especially for three guys. No major complaints other than it got hot at night thus we had a hard time figuring out how to open the large windows.

Very friendly staff. Shabby looking carpet and furniture. Walls and ceiling had leakage stains. Used cups of coffee were left unwashed and used coffee portions never replaced!

I was surprised to find there was no room service. I thought it was expensive for the level of services. The staff were great.

disappointed that there was no fitness facility. unfortunately the computers were down when trying to check out which was frustrating.

No restaurant facilities for evening meal and no restaurants in immediate vicinity of hotel ..esp bad for children. Long walk taxi ride to find restaurants. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom small compared to room

Perhaps add a gym in future to train? We received excellent value for money due to your Easter Special. We received a bigger room, because we couldnt get a non-smoking room. The room was large and great - a big thanks... and if you have not said it was a smoking room, we probably would not even have noticed!

Very helpful and polite. The only comment I have is that the bathtub drained quite slowly.
