We turned the radiator off in the bathroom but couldn't find any other heating controls. This made the room very uncomfortable for sleeping and the air was quite dry. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel (when it's not 11th November ! :-) was ideal. If we come back to Zurich we will stay with you again. Joanne

While the room was quite basic it was entirely adequate, though the prefabricated drop-in bathroom was a bit of a shock. The staff were very helpful and had perfect English. For the price more than we expected

Pleasant hotel with rennovated, convenient, middle sized rooms, tiny bathrooms, suit those who intend to stay in as a sleeping/resting basis for all day out. No public places expect for small breakfast room. Rooms are bright and clean and nicely decorated. Blankets are superb. Breakfast is modest but satissfactory (do not arrive too late if u wish to get your croissant). Suits people who do not seek for luxury, but are able to appreciate a small sympathetic place' at the heart of the chicy old quarter of this lovely city.

Loved the decor- freshly done and location.
