There was a very strange and STRONG smell coming from the bathroom! (room 6207) My friend was on the first floor and he said that the smell was terrible in the corridor. I would say 'fair' value for money. I've stayed in Berlin for the same price in a bigger room with mini bar and inc breakfast. I've stayed in Munich for the same price not including breakfast, and that was a 4* hotel! (K&K Am Harras) The location is 100% perfect! Directly opposite the main entrance to the main train station (20-25 paces away??) Breakfast was very good, a decent choice and assortment. Overall I would return if the smell has gone!

No air conditioning, too warm, loud fans running outside ,noisy if window open, no view.
