The room was small, but adequate.
there was a very strange and strong smell coming from the bathroom! (room 6207)
my friend was on the first floor and he said that the smell was terrible in the corridor.

i've stayed in berlin for the same price in a bigger room with mini bar and inc breakfast.
i've stayed in munich for the same price not including breakfast, and that was a 4* hotel! (k&k am harras)
the location is 100% perfect! directly opposite the main entrance to the main train station (20-25 paces away??)
breakfast was very good, a decent choice and assortment.
overall i would return if the smell has gone!
