Staffs are friendly. Room is clean and large. I like to go back to this hotel sometimes.

For the amount of money you would have expected better service! Instead breakfast was an extra €32 each!!!! Oh and if you ever stay in this hotel and decide to ask for directions to the airport make sure you tell them which airport. Being our first time in Milan we didn't know there were 3 airports and yet when we asked how to get to the airport the hotel staff never thought to ask which one???? They then packed us into a taxi and sent us to the wrong airport causing us to miss our flight and we had to spend extra money on booking new flights and an extra nights hotel stay. Now saying that the hotel did do us a deal on the extra night.

Air conditioning could not be stopped in 2 rooms. This was during the night (2 o' clock). Then I had a very small room (where refrigirator made a terrible noice (room 440)). I stopped it by stopping the electricity. In a thirth room I was near the ouside air conditioning installation, which gave a lot of noice. Last room nr. 406 was OK. Personnel was very friendly. Hotel comfort needs to be ameliorated. Room infrastructure is old (bath room and airco). Breakfast was OK. Good and friendly service. I stayed 3 nights. Not a good policy of a 5 star hotel.
