Forget the Sumptuous Buffet Breakfast! At 6:50 a.m. -- 10 minutes before a full buffet breakfast was to be served -- the serving room was closed off and completely dark. There was no food, drink, or activity of any kind. When we told the desk clerk we had a flight to catch and no time to wait if the breakfast would be late, he went in the kitchen and brought us two pastries which we appreciated. Still, we were VERY disappointed that there was no buffet breakfast at the posted time, especially with the price we paid for this hotel. We purchased a breakfast at the airport, at very inflated airport prices, a couple of hours later. Also, the air conditioning in our room did not work on this sultry August night in Northern Italy. We will definitely try another hotel should we return to Milan.

I loved the fact that I could COMPLETELY darken the room and thus my first night I slept nearly 15 hours! My only real complaint was the pillow. It was very hard (I have feather pillows at home) and I must admit that I still have a sore neck! I loved your location and would definitely stay with you again. Incidentally, I even made it to Lago di Garda! Marilyn

The location by the train station was nice. The room was adequate, nothing special but worked fine for our overnight stay. One thing....directions from the airport would be helpful to have on the website. We asked at Malpensa and they sent us to another train station in Milan. Then had to get a subway. Other than that, it was fine.
