The new rooms are very comfortable so ask for a lower floor as the higher rooms have not yet been upgraded . There is a shortage of staff but when you do get served evrybody is extremely helpful. The breakfast and bar food is very good, we had lunch in the lounge area and it was excellent. The carparking is difficult if you have a large car...go for the lower parking access it has a little more room. I have a volvo S80 and caught the front bumper on the upper floor carpark trying to turn...it's very tight. Very easy stroll to the town with plenty of restaurant options nearby, BIBIS provides a fun night out but watch the prices...menu looks reasonable but drinks and every extra expensive. We enjoyed our first trip to Glasgow.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE ROOM WAS LOVELY TV , LOADS OF CUPBOARD SPACE SKY TV OWN SHOWER AND TOILET. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT THAT SAYS IT ALL. WINE WAS LOVELY . HOTEL WAS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM GLASGOW CITY CENTRE . GREAT SHOPPING. I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS A YEARLY OCCASION FOR CHRISTMAS. TIME FOR ME AND MY HUBBY WITHOUT THE KIDS , IT IS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE TO MYSELF AND I ENJOY IT, I STILL MISS THE KIDS THOUGH. XX

Hot water should be labelled - nearly scalded myself!
