Overview
 The George Hotel Town Centre Reading is believed to be the oldest existing building in Reading and still retains many of its wonderful original Coaching Inn features, including Tudor archways and a very attractive central cobbled stone courtyard. Standing in front of the Dickensian lamp lit entrance, guests can easily imagine horse drawn carriages arriving outside with passengers alighting to a warm welcome.

The hotel has recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme and the result is a delightful combination of old world charm and modern comfort.
