When I complained, then clearly didn't care about it at all -- very low interest in customer service. I would not return to that hotel.

Breakfast was the worst I've seen in any hotel (overly sweet yogurt in packages. No fresh bread of any kind. coffee from a vending machine). Fruit unwashed Bathroom without a single shelf on which to store personal items; blankets in need of washing; inadequate lighting (a desk but no lamp on it). Was told lamp wasn't available.

The corner room was wonderful; my grandaughter's favorite of our month-long trip.
