Golden Lion Hotel Stirling was built in 1786, boasts warm and friendly highland hospitality. As you'd expect there has been a process of continuous improvement of the hotel over the last few years and you'll find it very comfortable indeed. The hotel is one of the main focal points of historic Stirling. The staff committed to giving first class service throughout the stay. The hotel has 67 relaxing bedrooms, many of which have recently been refurbished and feature plasma screen TV's. All rooms have private bathrooms, colour TV, radio and direct dial telephone comes as standard. There is a great choice of menus on offer where guests can grab a quick snack or enjoy a delicious 4-course meal from the Table d'Hote menu, in a warm and inviting surrounding of the hotel's restaurant. Please be aware that the hotel is currently undergoing ongoing refurbishment to the Bedrooms and Public areas.
