Overview
The Golden Well Hotel Prague is a hidden gem of a 16th century hideaway in the Genius Loci of a romantic rose garden on the grounds of the Prague Castle and in the noble neighbourhood of the Czech parliament. The renaissance house originally belonged to Roman Emperor and Bohemian King Rudolf II (1552,1612) and served as the Residence of the famous Astronomer Tycho de Brahe (1546,1601). All the four floors of our 20 rooms offer romantic and magnificent views of Prague, the city of a "hundred spires". Golden Well Hotel Prague offers eighteen elegantly appointed rooms either with queen size or twin beds, and two luxurious Suites each with its own unique design. The interior is furnished with beautiful, authentic reproductions of antique pieces from XVII, XVIII and XIX centuries, skillfully created by world renown Richelieu furniture designers. From the restaurant U Zlaté Studne (At the Golden Well Hotel Prague) you can admire the best panoramic views of Prague in the main room, which seats 35, or on the terrace, which seats 45 guests. The well-known, award-winning Chef Pavel Sapik is a member of Czech national team and the gold winner of World Championship in Singapore.
