The staff was very professional and helpful. The location could not have been better! In the heart of the city, on a side street off the main bouleward (the Kurfuerstendamm), and yet quiet and private. Absolutely SUPER! Located in a beautiful building and nicely decorated inside. Great ambience. When we return to Berlin we would definetely stay there again!! P.S. They could give a little break on the breakfast charge. We thought it was rather expensive, and so we ate elsewhere.
