The staff at the hotel was VERY courteous and helpful. There was one young man in particular who helped us find our way to several different places drawing the way on the map for us and giving us ideas about things along the way. The breakfast was simple but satisfying and the staff there very helpful (the coffee machine needed some explaining) and the location is great. The first day we were unsure of how to get back to it but we found the River Arno and found the hotel very easily.

We would stay there again if we needed to be in Florence.

An Ideal location as the train and bus station are in easy walking distance, the hotel is a good place to stop as the main attractions are so close Very clean and quiet and a good place to relax

The first floor lobby looks like an abandoned building, until one sees the elevator in the back. While the hotel is on the second floor, and is great when you arrive on that floor, my first reaction upon entering the lobby was "oh my goodness, what have I gotten into?"

Hotel is on second floor & charming. The old elevator took us back two centuries. Some may not like this, but I did. My rating of the facility is meaningless, since we only saw the booking desk and a hallway. I have to rate to send this to you. Can't answer the questions, since we did not stay there. To send this email to you, I'm required to rate the room. I'm giving everything an excellent, although please understand that we have no basis for this rating. It's one of those computer "things."

The hotel was a bit tricky to find.

Very central location

Convenient location and a good neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good bathroom. Quiet.

Staff was excellent. Helpfull, polite, knowledgeable.
