 Hotel Gran Claustre Altafulla Tarragona is an ancient convent built in 1732, summer residence for the Congregation of the sisters of Saint Therese of the Child Jesus for a long time, hosts today a vanguard hotel incrusted between walls of long lived history. The hotel is located next to the castle walls, in the historic quarter of Altafulla, a charming village with cobbled streets. Its imposing exterior reminds of armours and knights.

Its interior with its arches, passageways, balconies, wood and original wrought ironwork, create an ambience of bewitched romanticism and natural beauty. Sophisticated names identify the guest rooms. Sweet steel, red passion, charcoal stone are some of the names, after the fresh, bright colours, in which they have been decorated.
