Rooms were clean and staff helpfull. I didn't like the way the safe worked, every time you opened the safe you had to put 1 euro in to close it.

All are within easy walking distance of the hotel and the area is well lit at night. Because of the 23 Floors it satnds out like a beacon so it is difficult to get lost. There are many bars, restaurants and clubs in the area covering most peoples needs. The hotels facilities are limited with the one restaurant on the top floor (I never used it) and a small Bar in the foyer that serves a purpose but it not a cosy bar by stretch of imagination. The hotel represents reasonable value for money but it is overdue a good renovation. If you are buying a boat in the area then it is a good spot to base yourself.

You could not stay in with a family as there is nothing in the hotel for families. The views from the hotel are lovely if your on a high floor. If you have kids it is safe to be on a high floor as you can not get out on to the balcony.

It is supposed to be four stars, but it does not look like it was refurbished in a long time. The towels are old and worn and so are the sheets. If it is going to be called a four star hotel, it could at least look like one.

The sofa in the room was dirty and paint was peeling off the walls. No balcony.
