It is easy to get to from the main highways around Seville (although Google maps showed five different locations for the hotel -all of them wrong). Parking is good and there is a good bus service to/from Seville city centre (takes about 50 minutes). Buffet style breakfast was OK with good selection. Our room was quite large with reasonble facilities but there was some traffic noise and the room was a bit hot (air conditioning not working).

Service and staff excellent, location very good (20 minutes outside Sevilla city centre). The room was large and very luxury for this price level, pool area great for the children. We will definately come back to this hotel if visiting Sevilla.

They facilitated bus transfers, daily excursions and any information we needed. It was a bit inconvenient that major renovations were occurring at the hotel during our stay, and we were woken up quite early on a Friday morning by construciton workers, drills, hammers, and saws. In addition to this, I would have preferred a set price for the hotel with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was a bit unfortunate that the internet service was not always reliable and that irons were not provided for use by the guests.

I looked on the internet for a reasonably priced hotel outside the city and somewhat near the Donana Nature Reserve and came across the Gran Hotel Solucar Seville. I wasn't sure what to expect since the price was quite low, but when we arrived we were greatly impressed. We found a treasure in the outskirts of Sevilla. We would definitely stay again if given the chance. It served wonderful in the restaurant and the staff made arrangements for our visit to Donana with a tour company. It was fantastic!

The hot breakfast which was expensive was cold and extremely limited. We were just going to bed at 00.30 and we heard a dripping noise. We found there was a leak coming from the roof. Now I understand there are accidents but underneath this drip there was a carefully placed bucket proving that the leak was known about before we were given the room. We tried to sleep through the noise to no avail and had to ask for another room. Unfortunately they had no other quad rooms and our kids had to have a seperate room 4 doors away from ourselves. We were not very happy.
