Extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The location is a bit far from city center if you do not have a car. We had a car, so it was very nice to be away from noise and hustle bustle of the palazzo. Very pretty gardens. Nice restaurant. We were upgraded to a deluxe room that had a queen size bed upstairs and a fold out couch downstairs. I slept on the foldout couch which was about as comfortable as fold out sofas usually are. Room was very funky and wallpaper a bit outdated, but very clean and nice.
