Staff were courteous and friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Holidaycity were by far the cheapest when booking. As a UK traveller (Northern Ireland actually) I'd have to say that I'll be using them again.

The room was a pleasant surprise: it was large, tastefully decorated, and in excellent condition.

It is a short 5 minute walk to the center of town, yet while on the hotel grounds it is very quiet and relaxing. Our stay at the Hotel Royal surpassed every one of my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome. They were especially attentive to my 3 year old daughter. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to a friend. Large room with spectacular view of hotel grounds, pool, and ocean. My wife and I stayed with our 3 year old daughter and there was plenty of space. Beautiful bathroom.
