Breakfast poor. Quite small but OK - it was E240 a night!!!!!

we had booked a hotel and the price changed when we got there. the receptionist was not the friendliest to accomodate us.

Pillows could have been softer, but in our travels, that was not unusual.

Excellent value - well impressed with everything about it. Staff were courteous and friendly and the rooms were beautiful. Holidaycity were by far the cheapest when booking. As a UK traveller (Northern Ireland actually) I'd have to say that I'll be using them again.

The staff was personable and provided many extra services, making our stay a home away from home. The room was a pleasant surprise: it was large, tastefully decorated, and in excellent condition.

The Hotel Grand Royal is perfectly located in Sorrento. It is a short 5 minute walk to the center of town, yet while on the hotel grounds it is very quiet and relaxing. Our stay at the Hotel Royal surpassed every one of my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome. They were especially attentive to my 3 year old daughter. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to a friend. Large room with spectacular view of hotel grounds, pool, and ocean. My wife and I stayed with our 3 year old daughter and there was plenty of space. Beautiful bathroom.
