Reception staff were helpful and polite. Only slight problem we found was trying to get served at the bar in the evening,we had to hunt the staff on a few occasions,overall a great hotel in a good location.We intend to return asap. Old hotel but very clean and cosy atmosphere breakfast buffet: ok evening meals on the te panoramic terrace very good and good service free coffee facilities at the lobby helpfull staff well located to visit Montreux and surroundings public parking - railway station in front of hotel : very good.
