We received top notch service from when we first entered the door. The late night services from the friendly bar staff was comforting (we ordered coffee). The lobby area and breakfast rooms, again, were exceptionally nice. If we had to pick one item as outstanding it would be the friendliness of the hotel staff. Each day we were there and at all hours of the day and night they were wonderful. They made my birthday weekend in Verona very special. Thank you so much. I hope we can return in the future. There were one or two items that could be improved in the room that we had (No. 225). The lighting in the room was poor. The spa bath was difficult to work and the bedroom size in relation to the sitting area was small. Also on a personal taste the art on show gave the impression of alot of clutter.
