There are no tea making facilities in the room tho' there is a fridge. The room was very small but nicely decorated in Venetian style. Washing facilities excellent with ample clean towels and a bidet. Staff were helpful and courteuos.

Quite easy to find though the hotel did not provide info. about location.Staff was OK on the whole. We were on the third floor and I asked to be moved to a lower floor because my wife had great difficulty with stairs. The concierge was not at all helpful. We had to put up and shut up.
