Standards not high enough for the price. Stafff unpolished: need more training. Not worth the money. No fresh air. No chairs. Dirty carpet. tap water not hot enough.

Reviewer: Julie Donald Date of review: 6 October 2006 Recommends this hotel: NO Room Hotel Facilities 4 Bed 3 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 3 Service 3 Room Size 1 Location 4 Amenities 3 Value for Money 1 hotel itself was fine - reception staff helpful, room service prompt and good value We were very disappointed as the room (see above) was advertised on your site with 'large seating area; - there was NO seating area - just a leather bench at end of bed - we had booked this room specially for leisure visit and were upset at the lack of seating area - just had to sit on the bed. unless we get some kind of refund (300 over 2 nights) we will not be using your website again
