The breakfast next morning was a godsend. Highly recommended.

I especially needed a rest, I did not sleep at all the first night and only got some rest the second night was because I bought and wore earplugs. This was because of the generator? Room 211 My first two nights in your hotel were extremely disappointing. The room was of very poor quality with a generator making noise all night and no phone connection to reception. The bed was also very poor. The price charged did not reflect the quality. I was moved to another room after 2 nights but I dont feel that I should have been charged for these at all. I would feel much better about this stay if this was not charged and at no time did anyone apologise for the standard of the room.

The room was very hot. Windows very difficult to open,. Also, very surprised there was no fridge.
