Whenever I visited Dusseldorf, I first check the availability of the hotel. One of the reasons why I like the hotel is ample variety supply of breakfast. For Janpanese guest like me, it is very appreciated that the hotel offers Japanese style meal. What I hope them to improve, if any, is better connectivity to WLAN and amenity of bathroom although they are still acceptable.

Business Hotel Reviewer: Marion Glynn Date of review: 4 February 2008 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Recommended for: Business Room Hotel Facilities 1 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 4 Room Size 2 Location 5 Amenities 3 Value for Money 2 Although we were on a business trip we also had some leisure time but this hotel was purely a business hotel with no leisure facilities, no bar etc. The description of the hotel on Holiday City's website shows the hotel had a leisure centre with pool etc. but we discovered this was not the case and as the weather was a bit wet over the weekend it would have been nice to relax with a swim, sauna etc. The room was clean and comfortable but very small.

But it is clean and regarding to location very pleasant because it is in the centre. A good hotel for business people.

No restaurant in the hotel for room service. The staff made a room and overhead projector available to us and gets very high marks for the extra service. Bed was a bit short for me as I am tall. Also, there was no high speed Internet access in the room.
