A late checkout room or even the changing rooms would have sufficed but were told a charge of 12 euros each would be levied - just to use the changing facilities. After requesting a 'corner-facing room' we were presented with one. Unfortunately, as I didn't state WHICH corner when booking we were given a room on the opposite corner to the reception desk, beneath the swimming pool (I should have specified the corner over the reception - as we really enjoyed the views from the floor-to-ceiling corner windows on our last visit in '04). The room had smaller windows than we had expected and the entrance to the stairs was very loud and squeeked when used by the service personnel early in the morning which often awoke us.

The rooms themselves were lovely although the walls were quite thin and the noise coming from the next rooms could be quite loud.

Available from room service at EUR2 per cup. The room was large and clean with a good quality ensuite shower/bathroom,Extra seating and a small table for eating/reading etc.
