Reviewer: Miriam Bartolo Date of review: 7 July 2004 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 5 Ambience 5 Cleanliness 5 Service 3 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 5 Value for Money 5 we recieved friendly service at the check in desk all the time. one suggestion i would give to the house keeping staff is that they need to be aware of the guests privacy. the lady who was in charge of our house keeping knocked on our door at 9am for the first time. as there was no response she allowed herself to enter into our room only to find that we were still asleep. we woke up and realised she was there and she left. we then recieved a further 4 knocks on the door after that to come and clean the room. we were told check out had to be by 12 noon and so took our time getting ready. we felt quite rushed because house keeping kept on checking if we were ready to leave. if we had have known they were going to be that pushy we would have put the please do not disturb sign out the front of the room. we found the beds were harder than we are used to and assumed it was not going to be comfortable however we were proved wrong when we both had the best nights sleep for a long time.

Very modern, clean with very pleasant staff. Very light, spacious and quiet. Just what we wanted.
