I ran the Eindhoven marathon and thought the location of the hotel excellent. The service was excellent too and I would definitely go back to the hotel should I run the marathon in 2008.

Excellent hotel ideally situated for a stroll into town,

very quiet, lovely place

Building work being carried out on the hotel. 6.30 in the morning I was woken up by a builder drilling outside my window. I complained to the hotel staff who said I made a mistake that no work being done at that time. They suggested it might be the building work being carried out in a nearby building. I said that I looked out my window and actually saw the builders. I asked to be moved to another part of the hotel. They said that they would ask the manager when he came into work. that evening I asked asbout my room being moved. The other receptionist had apparently forgotten to mention this to any other member of staff and she was not in work till the next morning. They also argued the case that no building work would have been carried out so early in the morning. The hotel has no restaurant. If you have breakfast it is in a make shift room with dust andbuilders sheets all over. I don't enjoy dusty food for any meal! I would never stay at this hotel even if I was offered free accomodation.
