How to get to the hotel:
By car
From the airport follow the signs CENTRUM and will enter the ringroad A10. Get off at exit S109 (RAI) and take a right at the first traffic light. At the roundabout take right turn again, which now takes down the President Kennedylaan. When see the sign Utrecht on the right hand side turn to the left into the Rijnstraat. Keep driving straight ahead for about 3 km. The street will change names a few times into Van Woustraat, Westeinde, Frederiksplein and finally Utrechtsestraat.
As soon as you are in the Utrechtsestraat will cross the bridge over the Prinsengracht. Here take a left down the canal and cross one small bridge. After that the traveller will find Hampshire Inn Prinsengracht Amsterdam at number 1015.
When arriving from Utrecht/Breda (A2) the traveller will come to the ringroad A10. Go straight ahead and follow the signs CENTRUM. Then pass the Utrechtsebrug and go straight ahead into the Rijnstraat. From there follow the directions as mentioned above.
From the airport
Take a train from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station and from there take tram number 4 to Prinsengracht (6th stop). Turn right on the right side of the canal (prinsengracht) and after 200 metres will find Hampshire Inn Prinsengracht Amsterdam on the right hand side. Or take numbers 16, 25 or 24 from the Central Station to the 5th stop at Keizersgracht. When get out of the tram walk straight ahead and turn left on Prinsengracht. After approximately 200 metres will find Hampshire Inn Prinsengracht Amsterdam on the left side.
The traveller can also take a taxi from the airport, chargeable
from Central Station.
