I stayed at the europa on the 14th of november for 1 night, the hotel was easy to find, upon arriving at the hotel, i found the receptionist to be rude and obnoxious, and generally not polite, my room was everything that i expected, comfortable, and
... easy to find.
i arrived back in the lobby to change some currency, and found that there were new staff behind front desk, these of whom were more courtious.
over all. . My stay was brief, and i don't think i would be returning to the europa.
