We were using the hotel for one night prior to returning to Canada. We required a shuttle twice & the service was prompt & courteous. We just required a cheap & cheerful evening meal & found the menu provided excellent sandwiches at good value. The barman/server was friendly & efficient. The hotel in general has a nice ambience for a older hotel. Nice & close to the airport but in a greenbelt setting. Would stay again next time we visit our daughter. Dave & Judy Toronto

In every respect it was excellent, we found that it was easy to get to, to park and the ramp made easy access for us to manage our luggage. Our grandson and his father who had brought us to your Hotel thought it was "wonderful" and wanted to visit as soon as possible!! We found your staff here in the Birmingham Hotel extremely helpful especially Dave who took us by the minibus to the monolink at 6.30am. We shall certainly be sure to use your facilities in the near future, Again many thanks, Roy Clark

We stayed overnight in the hotel and it was well located for our requirements.Our stay was very comfortable, the staff was courteous.We were droped at the railway station and the driver helped us right inside the station and was great help.

Room facilities limited. Reasonably clean. Rather expensive for what it was, but we needed the convenience of being close to the airport for an early flight. Staff polite and courteous. Restaurant meal was very good value.
