We are an elderly couple and the man at reception offered to carry our cases to our room. Because we were visiting relations in Walsall and in Birmingham the position of the hotel at Junction 7 suited our purpose very well. We expected there would be a lot of traffic noise as we were so near the M6 but we were not disturbed at all. Because we were visiting family we did not take advantage of the restaurant facilities. The bar area was welcoming.

Room was nice and clean and ensuite was very nice.
