The hotel location is not the best because it is not accessible to public transit or train routes. Restaurant choices within the vicinity is very limited. The room is nice and clean; but I was not given a non-smoking room as requested. Staff was able to move me to a non-smoking room the second night without any issues. The only complaint I have is the lack of free internet access. I have to spend 10 Euros to go online and make reservation just to extend one additional day in the same hotel. Staff was accommodating to our request to stay in the same room.

We had prepaid on internet rates and booked on room only basis. Location convenient to all forms of public transport. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent english

This is the one! Parking was easy, the rooms were large and the staff very helpful. By booking via internet, we got excellent rates. Renee-American

I'd recommend this hotel for family accommodation too. It's not so far from public transportations.

They wanted to see Lisbon and in particular a "Casa de Fado". The hotel was quite easy to find. We were all very impressed by the politeness of the staff and by their willingness to help us to enjoy our stay by making reservations for us etc. When I next visit Lisbon I shall definitely use the Holiday Inn again and will have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Spacious!! Very good value for the price.
