The Hilton was a fabulous hotel. Located in a great position alongside the river with views over the city. From the receptionist to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful and the breakfast spectacular! The room was spacious and comfortable and far exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful weekend in Belfast which was due in no small way to the accomodation. It definitely was a five star experience in our view and we will certainly be back.

This was our first visit to Belfast and we were very impressed with the city. The hotel location was excellent and we had no difficulty in finding it,as we flew into Belfast City Airport it only took about 15 mins to get to the Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in the Hotel we will certainly make another visit soon and would certainly use the Hilton again

Hotel was fine except for the service in the restaurant. We were left waiting quite a long time for someone to take our order and bring our bill. At breakfast, I had to track down a waitress to bring me some coffee and by the time it arrived I was almost finished eating. I then had to track her down again for some milk. I decided to just stir it with the end of my fork (I had to do this the morning previous too as there were no teaspoons anywhere.) Apart from this the hotel was great.

The hotel was in a very good spot near to town centre and airport. I managed to get a really good room rate which included breakfast and first night evening meal superb food with perfect ambience made for a relaxing feeling. The hotel staff where helpful in explaining where to visit etc. Room had a fantastic view only problem leaving the window open for fresh air was a bit noisy as not far from rail tracks

The only complaint i would have about the hotel is the parking situation. I thought by staying at a high class hotel parking would be free, but the parking was £14.00 per day and if you take your car out before this time its still £14.00. The service was ok but the lady at the counter when we first arrived was very unhelpful, she didnt offer us any idea about breakfast nor dinner. When we went down for breakfast on the Sat it stated in the Hotel booklet it was untill 11am, but when we went down at 10.35am the staff said it was closed. There were also other couples there complaining about not been informed it had changed. Again the staff should have informed us about the time changers.

Kind regards

Karen Lamb
