As a female travelling alone, find it very hard to go into the restaurant for an evening meal - although when booking the hotel I was informed I would get 2 free meals (of which I was only given a voucher for one that I had to ask for), I did not use them. I was not impressed to find that there was a room service charge.

I waited for a long time to check in - however this was the only time I had to wait. Breakfast in the mornings was a pleasure being greeted within seconds of arriving at the entrance and offered tea/coffee/orange straight away which again was delivered within seconds. Phillip who drove the shuttle bus made all guests feel very welcome and although I had booked the bus, my room number had not been given to him (i would not have known had I not watched him write it down) he put me completely at ease and directed me onto the bus with a happy, pleasent manor about him. One guest was not down stairs in tiem for the 8.30am, bus - much to my annoyance Phillip turned round and picked him up (not a problem for him at all).

Although I found the fan in the room very noisy, making me feel like I was not in a Hilton quite to the standards I would expect.

I was very impressed with the gym.

Initially I did not realise the hotel was as far from the Airport as it was and as I was working at the airport - found at the end of the day I was waiting sometime for over 45 minutes to be picked up. (although I appreciate this is rush hour traffic)

One evening I wanted a trip to the city - the receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful - directing me to the bus stop and telling me that it would cost Euro 1.40
