After initially missing the Junction 18 exit from the motorway (poor signage) we eventually found our way to the hotel by a somewhat circuitous route. First impressions were very good and we found most of the staff very helpful and courteous. The room was everything we had hoped for and access to the Executive Lounge was an added bonus particularly for breakfast. After spending an enjoyable if somewhat tiring 5 hours at the SECC we decided to relax in the hotel and to enjoy our evening meal in the hotel. Whilst the service wasn't the quickest we weren't in any hurry and the food itself was of an extremely high standard. If we visit Glasgow again for a short stay we wouldn't hesitate to once again stay at the Hilton.

I have stayed in this hotel on business as well as leisure. A clean, classy hotel. Only comment is that during busy periods, lifts are very slow and takes a long while. I have been staying in this hotel since 2002 and it has always been very efficient, clean and good for meeting clients.

This caused frustration however, to make matters worse, I got shouted at for following instructions from two members of your staff directing people into the carpark/carpark space
