Reviewer: Keith White Date of review: 12 January 2007 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 3 Ambience 2 Cleanliness 5 Service 2 Room Size 2 Location 5 Amenities 4 Value for Money 2 We were over charged for our stay however this was rectified when we pointed out the rate we had booked under on the internet. The non-smoking area in the lobby is right next to the smoking area making the division pointless. The internet connection in the room didn't work for the entirety of our stay inspite effort from the reception staff.

Someone at the hotel tried to charge room charges on my credit card without my authorization.
