It is seedy and run down. Most particularly it is 4 km. outside of Palermo and that is a disaster when you do not have a car and taxis are so pricey ! Very noisy as it faced a very busy and polluted road. Our room was full of flies and the drains outside smelled really bad.

We loved the garden and had the pool to ourselves. We overlooked a really busy road, which was very noisy and being near the hospital we listened to ambulances all night. Rooms at the back of the hotel would have been very quiet though.
