The Hilton Hotel York is the 4-star hotel within the city walls and located in the heart of York. Only 10 minutes walk from York Minster, the railway station and other York attractions.

Directions:

Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA):

Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 30 miles (48 kilometres).

A taxi from the airport to the hotel should cost approximately £35. The LBA Airlink 757 shuttle bus goes from the airport, every half hour, to Leeds city centre bus and rail stations. From here a train or coach can be caught to York.

Driving Directions:

From A64, North & South - Take the A19 (signposted city centre/Selby) following all signs for city centre for approx 2 miles. At the junction with the Mecca building (on the left) take the middle lane past the city walls on the right. Move into the right-hand lane and bear right onto Tower Street at the roundabout with traffic lights. The hotel is straight ahead behind Clifford's Tower.

The historic city centre of York is best explored on foot.
