The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The triple room was a very good size and quiet even though it overlooked a main road. It was very cold in Salzburg at Christmas but the hotel was very warm and cosy inside. We had a meal in the restaurant , also breakfast , both first class. Salzburg is walkable, you can cut through the Mirabelle Gardens. I would recommend this hotel to a friend without hesitation. I also felt it was good value for money. Go there and find out for yourself!

The night concierge was very polite and helpful. And the room was huge!! It had all the amenities and comfort that a 4-star hotel should have. This hotel is definitely recommended.

The room was very nice and we did not notice any noise from the street 2 floors below. We had our son with us and having the bathroom and the toilet separate was a definate plus.

I am an experienced business traveller throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely convenient to the train and bus stations as well as the autoroutes. Surprisingly large bathroom; Exceptionally clean.
