We never heard the planes in the two days we stayed there. The breakfasts were delicious and were included in our stay, we had one dinner there with some of our family and friends and it was very good. Thankfully the hotel has elevators as we had lots of luggage.

As I have to leave Dundee to get to Glasgow to catch a 9am flight to the USA it makes life so much easier and relaxing to spend the night before there. It also has all that you need so as you don't have to leave to go anywhere once you have checked in. I will be staying there in the future again Thank you

Staff was very helpful in helping to get a phone number and use phone to try to locate lost camera (therefore no photos to share). A Canon A430 in a blackcase (should you find it). Great location for airport and easy transport to city on the Flyer. Could do with some mildew removal in bathroom and the addition of a hair dryer.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant service was good. The quality and quantity of food served was excellent, however the cost was slightly more than we had expected. For our purposes the location of the hotel, next door to the airport terminal, was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone travelling through Glasgow.

The location of the hotel was great . We didnt eat in the hotel so i cant comment on the food but i will say the hotel was extremley clean it was perfect for an over night stay.

The rooms are good and meals were too. The staff that we encountered were helpful and courteous.

The room was not really adequate in size as like many travellers we had 3 siutcases and 2 carry-on bags. We had to climb over them to get anywhere! On a previous visit we found the car park small and congested. No space was available on our arrival and we had to carry our heavy bags from the car to Reception for check-in and re-park the car when a space became available. Not a good arrangement for an airport hotel.

We had informed our server that we were from two different rooms. At the end the bill came and all the charges were together. We asked our server to please separate the charges. She told us that was not possible and that we could just write our room numbers next to the different items and it would get cleared up later. I did not like this. I don't see why a separate bill was not made up in the first place when we informed our server that we were from two different rooms.

We were then given steaks from the main menu, which were not very tender. We would expect standards to be higher. We would certainly stay in hotel again but would choose to eat out in future.
