It is a shame I only spent a weekend there. Very nice executive room. Better than expected. Complimentary wine and cheese was a nice touch.

The hotel manager did her best to rectify the situation was was very much appreciated by us all but the attitiude of staff leaves a lot of room for improveemt. As part of two couples we were disappointed from the moment we approached the check-in desk and were allocated 2 "Twin Rooms".
