this hotel has everything you need right in the heart of belfast city centre.it was an excellant hotel and i could not fault anything at all.the breakfast was delicious on both mornings...i will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon

I missed for european guests : adapters for using their electric things in the room and also the reception couldn't help me. I had to buy one in the welcome center of belfast.

Very disappointed with restaurant. Ate there on 2nd night of stay and found service very slow and staff unwelcoming. Not happy with it at all. Reception staff lovely. Gennerally, hotel very good, but a good restaurant is vital.
