Was in a great location for the centre of Glasgow with easy access to all the public transport amenities. Staff couldn't be more helpful even if they tried. They were very polite and friendly. Had a slight problem with one of the meals that I ordered, but this was rectified immediately and the staff could not apologise enough. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Glasgow.

The attached restaurant Bonne Auberge was friendly, food really good and service with a smile. Most enjoyable. The on-suite facilities and complimentary toiletries were very good.

Impossible to shower comfortably as lack of room meant shower curtain very clingy!But otherwise excellent for the price.
