No other possibilities to print out material existed. For business purposes this is not acceptable. The staff did not try to facilitate by any manner, even though I tried, being in a hurry.

It is possible to cancel reservations without any charge a few days in advance through an agency in Japan, but your reservation system on WEB not. I enjoyed the room 501, in particular the view from the window.
