Our initial greeting was charming and friendly. We were surprised at how centrally located the hotel was. We walked to the two Cathedrals, to Chinatown and The Cavern area at our leisure. Even the constant rain didn't dampen our spirits! We had everything we needed at the hotel, and ALL of the staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. It was the Liverpool vs Chelsea Premiership weekend - we went to the match - great experience. We were delighted to see the level of first class security at the hotel after midnight, assuring our safety and comfort. The bedroom was good - great view from the 9th floor, although we felt that extra wardrobe space as well as a personal safe (as in Spanish hotels) would have been useful. Value for money? Most certainly!!! All in all, we will certainly book the Holiday Inn Hotel Liverpool City Centre for our next visit to the city. Many thanks to all of your staff for making our stay so memorable.

The second time I came to Liverpool my friend and I were offered a wonderful room with king size twin beds and a little studio! It was great.
