The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle worked well for us.

I didn't quite understand the closure of the pool during the hottest part of the season. That was one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel.

Upon arrival at 3am we discovered that the room had no coffee making facility although the room was advertised with it. We could not even get a drink from reception and as we had been traveling for 12 hours we felt this was a poor show.

On the first day he told us about the arte card which saved us a lot of money on travel and entry to museums. Each day he was helpful advising us how to get to various locations.
