Good value, stressless stay! It was perfect for us in terms of cost, it was superbly situated and we really had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend. Thanks!

There were no spaces left in the car park however when we arrived (before check-in time)so we had to park on yellow lines within the hotel's road system which was unnerving. The room was great and the bathroom very well-equipped although we had a couple of stained towels. The doors were very noisy through the night but the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quite expensive but I imagine all Cardiff hotels were at maximum cost that weekend and we had booked well in advance. We have stayed in other hotels in Cardiff many times before, including the previous year's M Magic weekend and I would certainly choose this hotel over other, less central ones.

It was very good as the tree of us were able to stay in the one room instead of having two seperate rooms. The room was very large and clean and although i stayed on a pull out sofa bed it was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful as one of our party had turned up earlier then the check in time and they let her into the room anyway.

The hotel was an excellent location for the stadium and the city centre. The staff were very nice. The hotel is being renovated at the moment so on weekdays one may have some construction noise. My only gripe was paying £299 per room per night for a very small room. I know it was the quater final of the World cup, but it still was a bit too expensive for a 3star hotel.

Also, on top of these high prices, residents were not able to access the bar/restaurant on the Saturday until 21.30, which I think was rather disgusting. I was told I could not even buy a packet of crisps before this time. It was a case of, because there was a rugby match on, let us get as much money as possible out of the punters. Hardly a cause for future recommendation of the hotel. There could have been biscuits to go with the tea/coffee.
