Really comfortable and clean. Great atmosphere. Worth every single cent. It was an excellent choice. I am very happy I stayed there while in Munich.

Nothing bad, nothing special. Comfortable beds. Location is nice but the nearest underground station is 15min walk away and that's a little bit far, compared to what I am used to in Munich. Personnel is kind, but I didn't like that they tried to charge me for a breakfast I never had. Speaking of breakfast, I find it disappointing that they charge 16 Euro extra for breakfast in a 168 Euro per night room. Internet - 10 Euro for 1 hour of an average connection.

Der Boden war schmutzig und verbraucht. Das Reinigungspersonal war auf dem Gang sehr laut. manchmal hatte ich den Eindruck es ist dort eine Betriebsversammlung. Auf dem Gang stand oft den ganzen Tag schmutzige Wäsche und alte Staubsauger. Personal kam mehrmals ohne zu klopfen oder das "bitte nicht stören " zu beachten ins Zimmer. Jede Nacht konnte ich zuhören wie der Koch seine Schnitzel in der Küche klopfte. Da ich aus organisatorischen Gründen sehr früh gebucht hatte sollte ich das Frühstück extra bezahlen. Das war bei der Buchung für mich nicht erkennbar. Internetzugang ist heute im guten Hotel ein kostenloser Service, nicht bei Holyday Inn. Dort ist es sogar extrem teuer. Ich bin oft in München, das war bisher das schlechteste und für die Kategorie teuerste Hotel Ich habe mich sofort beschwert und Rabat erhalten. Ich komme nicht wieder in ein Holyday Inn-Hotel, denn es wird sich nicht ändern.

I was disappointed at not being told that the pool would be shut for renovation. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
